About me

Hi there! I live in a small place close to Vigevano, Italy,  since 2 years. I lived in Milano for 35 years, then a  decided to move to a smaller place when Brando, my first son, was borned. I prefered to move due to the fact the Milano, right now, it's just a business city, really bad quality of life, people always in rush, less human relationship with people. Now we have a nice garden for our 4 dogs,  i can grow my own tomatoes and vegetables, and i can give better air to my sons... ohhh yes.. i'm already dad since 1 month, Zoe was borned!
Me and my wife Lisa have not such big priorities in our life, we do not like luxury cars, we do not have so social life, we just love to spend more time as possible with our sons and our dogs. We have one priority, the food! We love to cook, but especially we love to eat! :) So if we have to expend money, we just buy good ingredients and healthy food for our sons and dogs. Someone said " we are what we eat" nothing is more real. Brando now is 3 years an half old, and he is one of the few kids i know he never got an antibiotic! And he starts the nursery school we was just 7 months old, obviously Lisa breastfeed all the children and I think my meat broths made ​​milk more quality!

Why this blog? Essentially to post our recipes.Why the domain www.pizza-recipe.co.nz? I spent 7 months in Australia 8 years ago. During that journey i met a lot of friends around Australia, and some Kiwi. I spent time in the flats with czechs, Kiwy, Aussie, Slovenian and in every flat i went i cooked for my friends who often asking me for the recipes. But why New Zeland?.. Of we have a dream...We would like to move from Italy and we think that New Zeland is the best place to grow our sons, to find again human relationship, good principles, and we like to think to start living in a country with few corruption ( for corruption i think it's easy to find less corruption just going everywhere outside Italy :-), giving a best future to our sons! So, when we will have tons of recipies on this blog, i will send the blog as my CV to some Kiwy who will try to invest in us :)

I forgot to tell you abount  my real job. I'm working with my own company , we develop sofware web based, mainly websites with cms and web application, with a good design, here my portfolio.We are expert in SEO, we love study the evolution of google algorithm. We are also eBay trading assistant  and we sell since14 years on eBay marketplace, helping other companies as large producers and distributors to sell their products on eBay or Amazon etc etc. Here you can take a look at our shop

I love my job because it's  my hobby too.I have many hobbies and cooking is one of them.

So in this blog i will post recipes  for the best homemade pizza, focaccia, bread etc etc. I do not like so much  sweets but I'm in love with a woman who loves sweets so i will post all Lisa's recipes for best homemade sweets. I mean..i not intend to make a cookbook.. all will be rough! as we are! and few recipes the one that we have testes many times and know they are really good!
